Description

You will design, develop, and manage enterprise data solutions for HR systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain scalable data architecture for HR modules including payroll, talent management, recruitment, benefits, and performance management.
• Develop ETL/ELT pipelines to integrate HR data from ERP systems (Workday, SAP, Oracle), SaaS apps, and internal databases.
• Ensure accurate, efficient, and secure data architecture for HR applications, reporting, and analytics.
• Translate complex data concepts for business stakeholders across HR, IT, and analytics teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data architecture, database design, or data engineering.
• Proficiency in SQL, ETL tools, data modeling, and data warehousing concepts.
• Strong experience with HR modules, specifically Oracle HCM, SAP HCM, or preferably Workday.
• Experience utilizing cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure for data storage and analytics.
• Knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance standards.
• Familiarity with scripting languages like Python or R for data transformation or analysis.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
