You will design and implement end-to-end data architectures and unified reporting solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead full life cycle implementations involving data modeling and database design.
• Design data warehouse and Lake house architectures to unify diverse business datasets.
• Manage data security, provisioning, and performance tuning for warehousing solutions.
• Establish data architecture standards and governance across relational and non-relational databases.
• Document and communicate technical specifications to IT leadership, developers, and business stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data architecture and design.
• Proven track record of at least 3 full life cycle implementations using Oracle SQL and PL/SQL, MySQL, or SQL Server.
• Hands-on experience with data modeling and RDBMS design.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or bash.
• Working knowledge of ETL/ELT and data pipeline development using tools like Talend.
• Understanding of data lake house reference architectures and processing patterns like Lambda and Kappa.
• Foundational knowledge of distributed technologies including Spark SQL, Hadoop, Presto, Hive, Kafka, Cassandra, or Redshift.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Design and development experience in cloud platforms including Azure, GCP, or AWS.
