Description

You will design and implement end-to-end data lake and analytics solutions within the Microsoft Fabric ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Architect end-to-end data lake and analytics solutions using Microsoft Fabric, aligning with business goals and compliance standards.
• Implement Fabric components including Lakehouse, Data Warehouse, Semantic Model, Data Factory, Data Flow, Notebooks, Reflex, Power BI, and Deployment Pipelines.
• Define and manage Medallion Data Lake architecture standards and best practices.
• Establish secure, cost-effective workspace architecture standards for access, governance, and consumption.
• Define Microsoft Purview governance standards, including domains, policies, roles, and data elements.
• Lead technical implementation of data projects and mentor development teams.
• Integrate multi-source data into the Fabric platform while optimizing for scalability, reliability, and performance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data architecture.
• Proven experience designing data architectures with Microsoft Fabric and Azure cloud.
• Deep understanding of healthcare data security and HIPAA compliance.
• Expertise in implementing and managing enterprise data lakes using Medallion architecture.
• Proficiency with Synapse Analytics, Data Factory, Azure Functions, and Azure SQL.
• Experience with DevOps, Power BI, and Data Flow.
• Strong ability to develop technical specifications, architecture diagrams, and SOPs.
• Ability to lead projects and communicate complex technical concepts to stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Azure Monitor and real-time analytics initiatives.
• Knowledge of machine learning integration within the Azure ecosystem.
