Description

You will design and execute the data architectural vision for the Employee Experience Technology organization, owning enterprise-level systems and integration strategies.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement enterprise-level business systems and data architecture.
• Lead data processes from proof of concept through to full release.
• Design and optimize integration styles including batch, micro-batch, API, streaming, and messaging.
• Partner with internal and external teams to build scalable, resilient integration solutions.
• Develop steps and processes to improve current technologies and infrastructure.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise-level data architecture.
• Strong coding background in Java or .NET.
• Deep knowledge of data modeling, structures, and integration architecture.
• Expertise in relational data structures and OLTP systems like SQL Server or Oracle.
• Experience with Big Data technologies including Hadoop, Apache Spark, and MapReduce.
• Proficiency in API protocols such as SOAP and REST.
• Hands-on experience with cloud hosting and containerized infrastructure.
• Proven ability to architect solutions for both on-premise and cloud-hosted environments.

Preferred Skills

• Strong experience in data mapping and transformation techniques.
