Key Responsibilities

• Design and lead end-to-end data architecture using Databricks Lakehouse.
• Define and implement Lakehouse / Medallion architecture (Bronze, Silver, Gold).
• Architect scalable batch and real-time data pipelines using Apache Spark and Databricks.
• Establish data modelling standards (conceptual, logical, physical).
• Implement data governance, security, and compliance using Unity Catalog, RBAC, and data lineage.
• Optimize data performance, scalability, and cost across cloud environments.
• Enable advanced analytics and ML use cases using MLflow and Feature Store.
• Collaborate with cloud, analytics, and business teams to align data strategy.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to data engineering teams.
• Review architecture designs and enforce best practices across projects
