Description

You will design, implement, and migrate database solutions to manage company data storage and retrieval.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement database solutions and models for efficient data storage and retrieval.
• Evaluate client operations, applications, and programming to identify structural necessities.
• Oversee the migration of data from legacy systems to new architectures.
• Monitor system performance through regular testing, troubleshooting, and feature integration.
• Prepare database design and architecture reports for management and executive teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data architecture or related roles.
• Expertise in SQL and Oracle database technologies.
• Proficiency in Java, C, and PHP programming languages.
• Experience with REST API design and development.
• Hands-on experience with ETL tools.
• Background in AFS or Loan systems.
• Strong understanding of data engineering and business intelligence.
• Ability to communicate technical ideas to business sponsors and technical resources.
• Knowledge of data mining and segmentation techniques.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with DataStage or Dataiku.
• Knowledge of AFS System Application (AFS Level 3 or Vision).
