Description

You will design and implement scalable data architectures and software solutions using Python and object-oriented principles.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and apply executable design principles to build scalable applications.
• Develop complex business solutions using core Python and object-oriented programming.
• Own the testing and debugging process using Python testing frameworks.
• Improve software quality through automation, tooling, and continuous integration.
• Manage code deployment and version control workflows across global teams.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of software development experience.
• Core Python programming and object-oriented programming (OOP).
• Proficiency with Python libraries including Pandas and NumPy.
• Strong knowledge of Relational Databases and Object Oriented DB/SQL.
• Experience with code versioning tools such as Git or SVN.
• Experience with Python testing frameworks like Pytest, PyUnit, or Behave.
• Practical application of Agile methodology and Test Driven Development (TDD).
• Expertise in code packaging, release, and deployment processes.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Quartz.
