Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Engineer / Architect with deep expertise in Generative AI, ML, and scalable system design. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining AI strategy, architecting robust AI/ML systems, and ensuring seamless implementation aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Vision: Define AI strategy, translate business needs into technical solutions, and identify opportunities to leverage generative AI for business value.
• System Design: Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance AI/ML systems for production deployment.
• Technology Selection: Evaluate and select AI frameworks, tools, cloud platforms, and big data technologies.
• Implementation Oversight: Manage end-to-end AI project lifecycle, ensuring integration with existing infrastructure and adherence to best practices.
• Collaboration & Leadership: Partner with data scientists, engineers, product managers, and business leaders; provide technical leadership and mentorship.
• Compliance & Ethics: Ensure all AI solutions comply with ethical standards, regulations, and data privacy requirements.
• Performance Optimization: Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize AI system performance for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Innovation: Stay updated on emerging AI/ML technologies and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Data Engineering / Architecture with a focus on AI/ML.
• Deep understanding of Generative AI models, ML algorithms, and deep learning frameworks.
• Strong background in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and big data technologies.
• Proven expertise in architectural design for scalable systems.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
