You will design and govern the data architecture for complex systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate data requirements into defined business processes and reverse engineer business processes into data requirements.
• Design and implement physical and logical data models, ER diagrams, and data dictionaries.
• Manage data normalization and denormalization processes.
• Apply data modeling techniques within Agile development frameworks.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in a data architecture role.
• Expert knowledge of Data Modeling (physical and logical).
• Proficiency in ETL processes.
• Working knowledge of DevOps and Agile methodologies applied to data solutions.
• Practical coding ability using VBA, Python, and XML.
• Experience with data manipulation and BI/Data visualization tools.
• Familiarity with scientific data management.
• Understanding of data mapping and data dictionaries.

Preferred Skills

• Leadership skills to coordinate project deliverables.
