Description

You will design and integrate complex database environments to support large-scale data management and banking transformations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and integrate disparate databases within environments where multiple systems coexist.
• Lead data migrations and system upgrades for core banking platforms.
• Develop data models and architect cloud-based data platforms.
• Implement data governance, quality, and security protocols within banking frameworks.
• Manage ETL processes to ensure seamless data movement and integration.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in data architecture, data modeling, and database design.
• 5 years of experience with core banking systems such as Temenos, Oracle FLEXCUBE, Finacle, or FIS.
• Expertise in DB2 and PostgreSQL.
• Experience with cloud data architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Proficiency with ETL tools like Informatica or Talend.
• Hands-on experience with Hadoop, Spark, and Kafka.
• Knowledge of data warehousing and BI tools like Power BI or Tableau.
• Familiarity with API integration and formats including XML and JSON.
• Deep understanding of banking regulatory frameworks including PCI-DSS, GDPR, KYC, and AML.

Preferred Skills

• Strong ability to communicate complex data concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
