Description

Lead the design and implementation of large-scale data architecture solutions for migrating on-premises environments to AWS Cloud.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement multi-layer Lakehouse solutions for efficient storage, processing, and analytics.
• Design large-scale data warehouses and data marts using Netezza and Snowflake.
• Build scalable, cost-effective data solutions utilizing AWS Lambda and serverless technologies.
• Lead data mapping and transformation processes to support seamless migration and integration.
• Develop high-level designs, data flow diagrams, and technical documentation for complex warehousing initiatives.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience as a Data Architect focusing on data warehousing and cloud-based solutions.
• Proven expertise in migrating complex data environments from on-premises to AWS Cloud.
• Deep understanding of multi-layer Lakehouse architectures.
• Proficiency with Snowflake and Netezza.
• Experience with Talend and ETL processes.
• Strong knowledge of AWS Cloud services, including Lambda and serverless computing.
• Advanced SQL skills for writing and optimizing complex queries.
• Strong Python skills for scripting and data processing.
