Description

You will design and support the Data Platform for data engineers, AI practitioners, and BI analysts.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture design and implementation of core, reusable components.
• Research and establish technical standards that align with product strategy.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and product managers to define roadmaps and functional requirements.
• Mentor junior data engineering team members while balancing technical decisions with business constraints.
• Oversee the end-to-end development process with a focus on reliability, performance, and scalability.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of IT experience with at least 5 years in a lead design or architectural role.
• Proficiency in Snowflake and Data Warehousing.
• Experience building and automating end-to-end analytics pipelines on AWS.
• Strong programming skills in Python or Java.
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Deep understanding of Cloud-native software design and Microservices architecture.
• Expertise in data modeling and the data development lifecycle.
• Familiarity with NoSQL databases.
• Knowledge of data governance, security, and privacy regulations.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in information technology.
