Description

Lead the design and evolution of the Enterprise Logical Data Model by defining repeatable patterns across the organization. Act as the subject matter expert on data usage, quality, and interrelationships between core data repositories.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain repeatable patterns for the Enterprise Logical Data Model (ELDM).
• Identify data quality issues and design integration strategies to bridge current state to future goals.
• Map existing systems and interfaces to design the future state of data management.
• Influence application and interface projects to steer toward desired organizational outcomes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data architecture or related roles.
• Deep expertise in all phases of data modeling, from conceptualization to database optimization.
• Strong proficiency in SQL development.
• Solid understanding of the systems development life cycle (SDLC).
• Experience with software project management approaches, requirements, design, and test techniques.
• Knowledge of data management and reporting technologies.
• Ability to analyze current state data environments and design projects to bridge gaps to future goals.
• Competency in managing data quality and integration processes.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with NoSQL databases, predictive analytics, data visualization, or unstructured data.
• Familiarity with columnar databases and database administration.
