Description

You will lead solution architecture for digital services, ensuring designs support citizen-centered goals and agile delivery.

Responsibilities

• Develop overall architectural plans and technical prototypes for discovery and feasibility assessments.
• Own solution designs that account for iterative implementation, risk exposure, and system impact analysis.
• Guide implementation by determining tactical integration approaches and defining system boundaries.
• Review code changes and contribute to code implementation to complete technical tasks and user stories.
• Mentor product teams and communicate architectural vision to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Data Architect, Software Architect, or Senior Data Engineer.
• Proven experience leading solution architecture for large-scale enterprise projects with complex integrations.
• Expertise in domain modeling and database schema design for transactional and reporting systems.
• Experience working within agile teams across the full software development lifecycle.
• Experience with open source ecosystems such as Node.js and NPM.
• Ability to convey technical options and advise decision-makers effectively.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to build new software applications.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with DevSecOps, UX Design, Microsoft .NET, Java, or Python.
• Experience transforming legacy systems into modern digital services.
• Experience using data analytics tools and methodologies to derive insights.
