Lead architectural design and delivery of complex data projects while managing cross-geography teams.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end technical delivery by engaging with customer architects and business stakeholders.
• Lead and mentor onsite and offshore delivery teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Conduct feasibility studies to recommend optimal tools and technologies for business use cases.
• Translate customer pain points into feasible technical solutions that add measurable value.
• Direct large-scale project implementations as a hands-on technical architect.

Required Skills

• 16+ years of total professional experience.
• 12+ years of relevant technical and domain experience.
• Hands-on experience with Azure, Azure Data Factory (ADF), and Databricks.
• Expertise in BigData, ETL processes, and Power BI.
• Strong domain knowledge in Supply Chain and enterprise ERP.
• Proven track record of leading large teams across multiple geographies.
• Experience acting as a delivery lead for complex, large-scale projects.

Preferred Skills

• Experience within the Life Sciences sector.
