Description

You will design and implement scalable data solutions to support Marketing, Sales, and Customer Service functions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement data solutions using DBT, Snowflake, and Azure.
• Design and optimize data pipelines integrating first-party, third-party, and operational data sources.
• Develop data models and flows to enable personalized customer experiences and omnichannel engagement.
• Manage data warehousing solutions in Snowflake and optimize transformation workflows using DBT.
• Ensure data governance, quality, and security in compliance with GDPR and CCPA.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in Data Architecture or Data Engineering.
• Expertise with Snowflake, DBT, and Azure.
• Proficiency in Python for data engineering and scripting.
• Strong foundation in Big Data, Cloud Platforms, and modern data architecture frameworks.
• Advanced knowledge of data modeling and ETL/ELT processes.
• Experience building scalable architectures for customer analytics and personalization.
• Familiarity with Customer Data Platforms (CDP), Master Data Management (MDM), and Customer 360.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Master’s degree in a related field.
• Experience working with AI/ML models for customer analytics.
• Deep knowledge of GDPR and CCPA compliance.
