Description

You will design and implement scalable data architectures across Azure and AWS environments.

You will own the end-to-end data strategy, from modeling and ingestion to optimization and security, ensuring integrity and performance for diverse data sources.

Responsibilities

• Design and build data lakes, warehouses, and streaming solutions using Azure and AWS services.
• Integrate data from multiple sources via Azure Data Factory, AWS Glue, or custom ETL processes.
• Develop logical and physical data models for SQL Server to guarantee data integrity and query performance.
• Optimize data pipelines, storage, and queries for cost-efficiency and speed.
• Implement security controls, encryption, and disaster recovery strategies to ensure compliance and resilience.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Data Architect or Data Engineer.
• Hands-on experience designing data solutions on Azure Data Lake and AWS.
• Proficiency in Azure Data Lake Storage, Azure Data Lake Analytics, and Azure Synapse Analytics.
• Experience with migration projects from On-Prem to Azure Cloud Services.
• In-depth knowledge of SQL Server database design, implementation, and administration.
• Strong proficiency in SQL programming, T-SQL, and stored procedures.
• Practical experience with data integration, ETL concepts, and data transformation techniques.
• Knowledge of data security, compliance, and metadata management.

Preferred Skills

• Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Engineer Associate.
• Experience optimizing analytics performance for MicroStrategy dashboards.
