You will design and lead data architecture initiatives while mentoring junior engineers.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Lakehouse architectures using Databricks, PySpark, and Delta Lake.
• Build and manage ETL pipelines using Azure Data Factory (ADF) and Azure Databricks (ADB).
• Develop data models utilizing dimensional, star schema, and normalization techniques.
• Optimize data warehouse performance through SQL tuning and query optimization.
• Create data visualizations and integrate Tableau with existing data platforms.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience with Databricks, PySpark, and Delta Lake.
• Deep expertise in SQL, performance tuning, and query optimization.
• Hands-on experience with data warehousing platforms such as Snowflake, Redshift, Azure Synapse, or Teradata.
• Proficiency in Tableau for data visualization.
• Strong knowledge of ETL processes and DWH concepts.
• Experience with cloud platforms including Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Proven ability to lead data initiatives and mentor technical staff.
• Background in dimensional modeling and star schema design.
