Description

You will design, implement, and maintain high-performance database systems and long-term data strategies.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement high-performance database configurations using Microsoft SQL Server and MongoDB.
• Develop and manage ETL processes using SaaS services, data lakes, and sources like Dremo and Databricks.
• Integrate systems with reporting and analytics tools including Power BI, Qlik, and Crystal Reports.
• Re-engineer existing databases to improve performance, scalability, and load handling.
• Manage security, user roles, and access controls while ensuring compliance with ACID rules.
• Document database designs, ER diagrams, and functional domain documentation.

Required Skills

• 20+ years of experience in data architecture, database design, and implementation.
• Expertise in Microsoft SQL Server, including stored procedures, triggers, and complex query optimization.
• Hands-on experience with NoSQL implementations, specifically MongoDB.
• Proficiency in ETL processes and data integration using SaaS services.
• Strong understanding of AWS cloud services related to database management.
• Experience with PaaS, SaaS, and IaaS in both on-premises and cloud environments.
• Ability to analyze and optimize execution plans and index performance.
• Expertise in high-performance schema design using bottom-up and top-down approaches.
• Degree in B.Tech, M.Tech, MCA, or any Graduate level qualification.

Preferred Skills

• Proficiency with reporting tools such as Power BI, Qlik, and Crystal Reports.
• Experience managing data integration via Databricks and Dremo.
