You will drive the data strategy for Private Banking and Investment Management business lines by designing and implementing modern data platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute migration strategy from legacy Oracle Data Warehouses to Oracle Exadata and Cloudera.
• Design and document ETL logic and data flows for batch and real-time streaming.
• Establish and maintain a secure data platform on on-prem Cloudera infrastructure.
• Provide technical guidance to development teams to ensure adherence to architectural standards.
• Contribute to the long-term data roadmap and strategic planning.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of IT experience with a hands-on development background.
• 6+ years of direct Data Warehouse project experience.
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake, Spark, and Kafka.
• Expertise in SQL query and Spark performance tuning.
• Proven ability to design efficient ETL/ELT workflows and schedulers.
• Proficiency with Git, Jira, and Agile methodologies.
• Deep understanding of architectural principles, design patterns, and SDLC processes.
• Experience supporting big data, relational/non-relational databases, and data lakes.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
