Description

Design and implement cloud-based data platforms and organizational data strategies for Medicaid programs.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement cloud-based data platforms using AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Manage data modeling, warehousing, mining, and the development of data pipelines and workflows.
• Improve data quality and develop organizational data strategies specifically for Medicaid programs.
• Communicate technical concepts and project requirements to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Manage workloads to ensure IT project timelines and critical deadlines are met.

Required Skills

• 5 years of experience as a Data Architect.
• 5 years of experience designing and implementing cloud-based data solutions (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• 3 years of experience working with Medicaid programs and data strategy.
• 3 years of experience managing workloads to meet IT project deadlines.
• 1 year of experience with data modeling, warehousing, mining, and pipeline management.
• 1 year of experience communicating and teaching project members and stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• 3 years of experience with Healthcare IT, healthcare payer, or Medicaid projects.
• 3 years of experience developing reports using Microsoft Power BI or R Project for Statistical Computing.
