Data Architect

You will lead the end-to-end data modernization journey for a large-scale payment platform migration.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement database solutions and models for efficient data storage and retrieval.
• Oversee the migration of data from legacy mainframe and web-based systems to new SaaS solutions.
• Design ETL pipelines to handle complex extraction and transformation activities.
• Evaluate client operations and applications to identify database structural requirements.
• Prepare architecture reports for management and provide technical training to staff.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Data Analysis and Modelling.
• Expertise in Conceptual, Logical, and Physical Data Models.
• Advanced ETL pipeline design and implementation.
• Strong stakeholder management capabilities.
• Functional knowledge of Mortgage processes.
• Functional knowledge of Payments, including Authentication, Transaction Monitoring, and Financial crime reporting.
• Ability to ensure database implementations comply with internal and external regulations.
• Experience with complex data integration and SaaS vendor specifications.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing data migrations from legacy mainframe environments.
