Description

You will design, architect, and implement big data and cloud-based solutions for on-prem and cloud multiuser environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement big data solutions in collaboration with development teams and customers.
• Architect cloud-based solutions and provide technical design and implementation oversight.
• Develop and maintain infrastructure and backend applications.
• Define current state architecture blueprints and research new technologies for business applicability.
• Manage major projects involving the integration and transition of complex system architectures.

Required Skills

• 15 years of experience architecting on-prem and cloud-based multiuser environments.
• Hands-on experience with the Hadoop Ecosystem: HBase, Spark, EMR, Kinesis, DMS, S3, and Kafka.
• Proficiency with big data tools: SpliceMachine, MongoDB, and NoSQL decision systems.
• Strong background in software engineering principles and web application technologies.
• Experience with middleware solutions and NoSQL platforms.
• Ability to design and implement automation using scripting.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
