Description

Lead the design and architecture of MS Fabric-based platforms and related applications.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture and implementation of MS Fabric-based platforms using the Medallion framework.
• Manage migrations to MS Fabric and conduct feasibility studies to recommend appropriate tools and technologies.
• Drive delivery by engaging with customer architects, business stakeholders, and technical teams to solve complex business use cases.
• Mentor and lead onsite and offshore team members across different geographies under strict compliance and security requirements.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of total professional experience.
• Hands-on implementation experience with MS Fabric.
• 10+ years of experience with Azure technologies, including cloud storage and ETL solutions.
• Expertise in Azure Data Factory (ADF), Dataflows, and Synapse Analytics.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and PySpark.
• Experience working with Notebooks in Databricks or MS Fabric.
• Proven track record delivering complex, secure, and scalable projects.
• Experience leading large, distributed teams.

Preferred Skills

• Domain experience in Life Sciences, specifically within CRO businesses.
• Experience with Databricks.
