Description

Lead the design and implementation of enterprise-level data platforms and end-to-end data pipelines.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design solutions and frameworks from the ground up to solve complex business issues.
• Translate client requirements into technical data integration and database system designs.
• Set development standards, participate in code reviews, and ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Mentor, support, and manage team members while contributing to hands-on tasks.
• Participate in integrated validation and analysis sessions for components on production servers.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data architecture and enterprise data platform implementation.
• Expertise with Azure Databricks, Azure Data Factory (ADF), and ADLS.
• Proficiency in PySpark, SparkSQL, Delta tables, and Python.
• Strong command of SQL and experience with traditional databases like SQL Server, Oracle, or MySQL.
• Experience architecting both streaming and batch data pipelines.
• Deep understanding of data modeling, warehouse design, and fact/dimension concepts.
• Hands-on experience with at least one major public cloud platform (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Background in the Banking or Investment domain.

• Cloud certifications (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Experience with code repositories and continuous integration.
