Description

You will define and own the enterprise data strategy and architecture for consumption across business systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define enterprise data strategies covering governance, architecture, scaling, and AI/ML enablement.
• Shape integration roadmaps across ETL, pipelines, ingestion, orchestration, APIs, and messaging.
• Architect an integration layer using Databricks’ zero-copy architecture to support OLTP and OLAP consumption.
• Lead onshore and offshore teams delivering data engineering, governance, and AI programs globally.
• Translate senior business needs into actionable enterprise data and integration strategies.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture design.
• Proven expertise in building integration layers enabling OLTP and OLAP consumption with minimal data movement.
• Deep knowledge of data governance, enterprise data strategy, and scalable architectures.
• Expertise in integration patterns: ETL, data pipelines, orchestration, APIs, and messaging.
• Hands-on or managerial experience with Databricks (data engineering and ML workflows).
• Familiarity with Snowflake, data lakes, and data warehouses.
• Experience with major cloud platforms: Azure and AWS.
• Proficiency with ERP/CRM systems such as SAP and Salesforce.
• Demonstrated success leading global and offshore delivery teams.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
