You will define and own the data architecture strategy across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimize conceptual, logical, and physical data models for data warehouse, lakehouse, and transactional systems.
• Translate business requirements from stakeholders and product owners into scalable architecture designs.
• Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale data programs, managing dependencies and risks as a Technical Program Manager.
• Provide architectural guidance for ETL/ELT pipelines, data integrations, and API-driven architectures.
• Ensure solutions adhere to data governance, security, compliance, and performance standards.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in data architecture and engineering, with 3+ years in a TPM or leadership role.
• Strong expertise in Azure Cloud Services: Azure Synapse, ADF, Databricks, Data Lake, SQL Database, Cosmos DB.
• Advanced knowledge of data modeling techniques (dimensional, relational, star/snowflake schema, NoSQL).
• Proficiency in SQL and Python for data processing and modeling validation.
• Proven experience leading large-scale data programs with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and program leadership skills.
• Familiarity with data architecture strategy leveraging Azure cloud services.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in BFSI, Wealth Management, or Telecom domains.
• Familiarity with BI/Analytics tools such as Power BI.
