Description

Lead data delivery initiatives and oversee the end-to-end process of delivering data solutions to meet business requirements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of data engineers, data analysts, and project managers.
• Define data delivery strategies and roadmaps to support business objectives.
• Oversee the design, development, and implementation of data solutions following industry standards.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely delivery.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and prioritize delivery efforts.

Required Skills

• Minimum of 15 years of experience in data management or data engineering.
• At least 5 years in a leadership position.
• Proficiency in Python, .Net, and SQL.
• Strong understanding of data delivery concepts and methodologies.
• Proven track record of delivering complex data solutions on time and within budget.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and communicate with stakeholders at all levels.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing project budgets and resource allocation.
