You will define and execute enterprise-wide data architecture strategies, aligning customer data assets with business outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Define and refine enterprise customer data strategies, establishing best practices through design thinking.
- Build and maintain the enterprise customer data model by translating business requirements into robust data standards.
- Contribute to foundational data technologies, including master data management, data quality monitoring, and data cataloging.
- Collaborate with agile development squads and product owners to review and approve designs for complex data challenges.
- Prepare documentation, whitepapers, and executive presentations to communicate data strategies and recommendations.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in the Customer domain, involving data architecture, design, analytics, warehousing, or data lake development.
- 3+ years of experience in data standards development, design, and conceptual data modeling.
- Proven expertise in Data Architecture and Data Management principles.
- Experience working with Salesforce or other enterprise CRM systems.
- Experience with ERP systems, specifically SAP.
- Ability to work effectively across data, business, and technology teams in agile environments.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a data-related field such as Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Architecture, or Data Management.
Preferred Skills
- Work experience in a B2B setting within Life Sciences, BioPharma, or CRO fields.
- Experience building digital capabilities to improve customer collaboration and engagement.
