Description

You will design and implement scalable data architecture solutions within the Azure ecosystem for insurance clients.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement secure data architecture using Azure Databricks and Azure Data Factory.
• Lead end-to-end data architecture strategies focused on Guidewire platforms, including PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and ClaimCenter.
• Translate complex business requirements into technical architectural solutions through direct client engagement.
• Manage data transformation and modernization programs across the insurance value chain.
• Provide architectural oversight and mentorship to development teams working on Azure cloud solutions.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in data architecture.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Azure cloud platforms.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Databricks and ADF.
• Proficiency in building ETL/ELT pipelines.
• Deep domain knowledge of insurance business processes and Guidewire systems.
• Experience in client-facing leadership and stakeholder management.
• Background in top-tier consulting environments.
• Strong documentation and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Azure Synapse, Delta Lake, Power BI, and Azure Data Lake Storage Gen2.
• Knowledge of Azure Purview and data governance frameworks.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies.
