Description

You will design and implement scalable, secure data architecture solutions within the Azure ecosystem.

Design and develop data architecture solutions using Azure Databricks and Azure Data Factory. Lead end-to-end data architecture strategies for insurance clients, focusing on Guidewire platforms. Translate business requirements into technical solutions through direct client engagement. Manage data transformation and modernization programs across the insurance value chain. Provide architectural oversight and mentorship to development teams working on Azure cloud solutions.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in data architecture.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Azure cloud platforms.
• 3+ years of experience with Databricks and Azure Data Factory (ADF).
• Proficiency in building ETL/ELT pipelines.
• Deep understanding of Guidewire PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and ClaimCenter data models.
• Experience in client-facing leadership roles managing stakeholders and strategic initiatives.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Azure Synapse, Delta Lake, Power BI, and Azure Data Lake Storage Gen2.
• Knowledge of data governance frameworks and Azure Purview.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies and industry certifications in Azure or Databricks.
