Description

You will design and implement scalable, secure data architecture solutions within the Azure ecosystem for insurance clients.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop data architecture solutions using Azure Databricks and Azure Data Factory.
• Lead end-to-end data architecture strategies for Guidewire PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and ClaimCenter.
• Translate client business requirements into technical architecture designs.
• Manage data transformation and modernization programs across the insurance value chain.
• Provide architectural oversight and mentorship to development teams.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in data architecture.
• 3+ years of experience with Azure cloud platforms.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Azure Databricks and Azure Data Factory.
• Proficiency in building ETL/ELT pipelines.
• Deep knowledge of Guidewire PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and ClaimCenter data models.
• Experience in client-facing leadership roles managing stakeholders.
• Background in top-tier consulting firms.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Azure Synapse, Delta Lake, Power BI, and Azure Data Lake Storage Gen2.
• Understanding of data governance frameworks and Azure Purview.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies.
