Description

Design and implement analytics data solutions within the Microsoft Azure ecosystem.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Implement analytics solutions using Azure Data Lake Storage, Data Factory, Synapse, Databricks, Logic Apps, and ML Studio.
• Design and manage data warehouses using dimensional modeling and performance tuning.
• Evaluate existing data models and physical databases to identify variances, discrepancies, and redundancies.
• Perform independent data profiling and analysis to understand source data.
• Apply data security and privacy compliance best practices during implementation.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience implementing analytics data solutions on Microsoft Azure.
• 7+ years of experience in data warehousing and dimensional modeling.
• 4+ years of experience using Erwin Data Modeler R9.7 or later.
• Proficiency with Python, Scala, or R.
• Experience with data lineage and cataloging tools such as Informatica EDC or Alation Data Catalog.
• Experience with data virtualization platforms like Dremio or Denodo.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
