Description

You will design and implement data models to support analytics and dashboards for provider and payer markets. You own the release pipeline for schema migrations and advise engineering teams on high-volume data ingestion.

Responsibilities

• Create conceptual, logical, and physical data models for Supply Chain and Finance subject areas.
• Develop data model associations between healthcare domains and SCM/Finance.
• Collaborate with development and SRE teams to ensure effective physicalization of models.
• Manage the schema migration process for timely delivery and system evolution.
• Advise data engineering teams on high-volume data ingestion and transformation pipelines.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data architecture or related roles.
• Strong expertise in SAP HANA Architecture and workloads.
• Experience with MPP and columnar database platforms such as Redshift, Azure, or Snowflake.
• 4+ years of experience with traditional OLTP platforms like Postgres or MS SQL Server.
• Deep understanding of SAP Finance, SAP SCM, and HR modules.
• Ability to design indexing strategies, database triggers, stored procedures, and data partitioning.
• Knowledge of query profiling, query plan breakdown, and optimal storage patterns for LOB data.
• Experience migrating high-volume databases from traditional platforms to modern columnar platforms.
• Practical knowledge of data governance and CI/CD best practices.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with multi-tenant platforms.
• Previous experience associating healthcare data with financial and supply chain data.
