You will design and implement scalable, secure data systems for healthcare analytics and decision-making.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement interoperability solutions compliant with USCDI-US Core standards.
• Develop and maintain logical, physical, and conceptual data models for clinical, claims, and provider data.
• Evaluate and recommend data management technologies and frameworks for optimal integration.
• Oversee data governance policies to ensure integrity, quality, and compliance with HIPAA and GDPR.
• Collaborate with analysts and business leaders to align architecture with organizational needs.

Required Skills

• Expertise in Data Architecture and cloud platforms (Azure, GCP, AWS).
• In-depth knowledge of healthcare interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR, CCDs, HIE, USCDI-US Core).
• Proficiency in SQL, NoSQL databases, PySpark, and Python.
• Hands-on experience in end-to-end data processing and data modeling tools like Erwin.
• Experience with integration tools such as Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Kafka, or Informatica.
• Understanding of business intelligence (BI) and analytics platforms.
• Ability to work independently as a thought leader.

Preferred Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Data Architecture, preferably in healthcare.
• 5+ years of experience solutioning cloud data platforms, specifically Snowflake.
