Description

You will serve as the technical design authority for the Product MDM ecosystem, defining integration patterns, data models, and architectural standards.

Responsibilities

• Define architectural standards and integration patterns across PDH, Supplier Exchange, Item Maintenance, and the Databricks data layer.
• Lead end-to-end solutioning and impact assessments for new requirements to ensure scalability and data quality.
• Drive the transition of ML enrichment capabilities from TAMR to Oracle AI by defining design principles and data flows.
• Own technical delivery governance, including accurate estimation, dependency management, and backlog refinement.
• Partner with DevOps and support teams to define operational standards for SLAs, uptime, and incident response.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise data, MDM, or integration architecture.
• 3–5 years in a technical leadership or delivery oversight capacity.
• Deep technical knowledge of Oracle Product Data Hub (PDH) or equivalent Product MDM systems.
• Experience with data integration frameworks, API design, or WebMethods middleware.
• Familiarity with cloud-based platforms including Databricks, Azure, or AWS.
• Proven experience managing data pipelines for machine learning or data enrichment solutions.
• Knowledge of DevOps principles, SLAs, incident management, and performance optimization.
• Experience with governance frameworks for data lineage, stewardship, and metadata management.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience in regulated enterprise environments such as life sciences, manufacturing, or healthcare.
• Exposure to low-code application platforms.
