Description

You will design and manage enterprise data architecture to support business insights and ecosystem models.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Create logical and canonical ecosystem models for enterprise services.
• Design information structures, data flows, and validate ETL maps.
• Define database technologies and data test strategies for specific initiatives.
• Establish rules for data valuation processes and define observability mechanisms.
• Ensure physical and project-level logical models align with the overarching ecosystem conceptual data model.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data architecture or related roles.
• Practical experience in Business Intelligence data architecture, including star schemes, tabular structures, and views.
• Hands-on experience with MS SQL, Oracle DB, or Data Lake environments.
• Proficiency with ETL tools such as Alteryx or Informatica PowerCenter.
• Working knowledge of Big Data platforms including Hadoop, Cloudera, Hive, or Impala.
• Understanding of data input and output formats such as APIs and extracts.
• Experience with Information Architecture, Modeling, and Data Mesh concepts.

Preferred Skills

• TOGAF certification.
• Experience in the Biotech or Pharma industry.
