Description

You will design and maintain data pipelines that provide actionable insights for Public Policy teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain data pipelines integrating the data warehouse, third-party marketing tools, and Salesforce Sales Cloud.
• Collaborate with Policy and CRM teams to evolve the tech stack and data strategy.
• Streamline shared CRM architecture, performance, and usability.
• Develop automated or semi-automated integrations to reduce manual data entry.
• Represent Policy Communications in cross-functional efforts with Data Engineering, Data Science, and Data Strategy teams.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in data architecture, infrastructure, or data engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in CRM data design for diverse end-users, including multi-language and multi-geography requirements.
• Expert-level SQL skills.
• Strong experience with Python.
• Proven ability to build data pipelines that transform data for CRM ingestion, mapping schemas to objects, fields, and reporting capabilities.
• Experience managing complex big data systems and diverse metrics.
• Proficiency in Data Architecture, Data Modeling, and ETL processes.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical departmental stakeholders.
