Description

Lead the design of complex data architectures for Medicaid Enterprise Systems projects.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate business and process owner needs into functional and non-functional technical requirements.
• Develop and refine Data Management standards, processes, and documentation.
• Oversee the implementation and operation of vendor-provided technology solutions.
• Manage documentation covering Master Data Management, data modeling, and data stewardship.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data architecture.
• Extensive familiarity with relational databases, Graph Databases, and NoSQL.
• Experience performing schema design and data integration/mapping.
• Experience designing and enforcing business rules to ensure data quality.
• Experience leveraging cloud technologies and designing for high availability and disaster recovery.
• Knowledge of business intelligence, analytical, and reporting tools.
• Familiarity with metadata collection, storage, and management best practices.
• Familiarity with Data Management and Data Governance tools and practices.
• Strong technical writing skills and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Project.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with TOGAF, FEA, or other Enterprise Architecture frameworks.
• Familiarity with HIPAA rules and regulations.
• Knowledge of healthcare data, Medicaid, or CMS certification processes.
