Description

You will design and govern enterprise data architectures across cloud and on-premise environments, owning the strategy for data warehousing, lakes, and lakehouses.

Responsibilities

• Architect scalable data solutions using AWS, GCP, or Azure, integrating on-premise and cloud systems.
• Define and implement data modeling standards, including star schemas, dimension modeling, and medallion architectures.
• Establish data quality, observability, and governance frameworks to ensure reliability and compliance.
• Collaborate with solution and portfolio architects to align data infrastructure with microservice and domain-driven designs.
• Drive technical decisions for purposeful datastores and RDBMS integration within complex ecosystems.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in data architecture and engineering.
• Deep expertise in Data Warehouse, Data Lake, and Lakehouse paradigms.
• Proficiency in Data Modeling, specifically Dimension Modeling and Star Schema.
• Experience with Medallion Architectures and Data Governance strategies.
• Strong knowledge of Data Quality and Data Observability tools and practices.
• Hands-on experience with major cloud platforms: AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Understanding of Microservice Architecture and Domain Driven Design (DDD).
• Experience with RDBMS and purposeful datastores in hybrid (OnPrem/OnCloud) environments.
