Description

Design and manage scalable data ingestion, processing, and warehousing architecture for service and repair data.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect and build scalable data ingestion pipelines using Confluent Kafka for real-time, high-throughput data flow.
• Perform data cleansing, normalization, and transformation using Google Dataflow (Apache Beam).
• Model and optimize data storage in Snowflake to support efficient querying and reporting.
• Develop interactive dashboards in Tableau and implement real-time reporting via APIs.
• Establish data governance, quality, and security standards while collaborating with engineering and business stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Data Architect or in data-intensive environments.
• Strong expertise in Confluent Kafka for data ingestion.
• Hands-on experience with Google Dataflow (Apache Beam) for data processing.
• Deep knowledge of cloud data warehousing concepts with proficiency in Snowflake.
• Experience creating reports and dashboards using Tableau.
• Solid understanding of data modeling techniques (star schema, snowflake schema, normalized forms).
• Familiarity with API integration for real-time data delivery.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the automotive or truck industry, particularly in Aftersales service data.
• Programming skills in Python, SQL, or Java.
• Knowledge of additional cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
