Description

job responsibilities include:

Design and implement enterprise-scale Snowflake data warehouse solutions and cloud-native data architectures.

Lead architecture and design sessions with client stakeholders, SMEs, and technical teams.

Develop and oversee ETL/ELT pipelines, data ingestion frameworks, and scalable data integration solutions.

Contribute hands-on to Snowflake development, data modeling, and AWS-based data platform implementation.

Review and approve code, architecture designs, and technical deliverables prior to deployment.

Define and enforce architecture standards, ETL best practices, and enterprise data governance requirements.

Manage project scope, milestones, risks, dependencies, and delivery timelines.

Lead and mentor cross-functional teams of engineers, analysts, and QA professionals.

Desired Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.

4+ years of hands-on experience with Snowflake Data Warehouse implementations.

4+ years of experience with AWS cloud technologies.

4+ years of experience developing solutions using Python.

Strong expertise in ETL/ELT development and enterprise data integration.

Advanced SQL development and query optimization skills.

Extensive experience with:

Dimensional Data Modeling

Enterprise Data Architecture

Data Ingestion Frameworks

Data Warehouse Design

Cloud Data Platforms

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience within the Health Payer or Healthcare industry.

Experience designing enterprise data foundations and modern data platforms.

Knowledge of data governance, data quality, and master data management principles.

Experience building automation frameworks and reusable data engineering solutions.

Strong background in cloud modernization and large-scale data transformation initiatives
