Description

You will lead large-scale data migration and integration initiatives for platform modernization projects.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design architecture strategies to migrate data from legacy systems into modern, cloud-native platforms.
• Select and implement tools and frameworks for migration and integration pipelines using Databricks, Snowflake, or AWS.
• Create high-level solution architecture and detailed data mapping documentation.
• Collaborate with analysts and data engineers to align technical design with business requirements.
• Contribute to architectural reviews and strategic planning alongside existing data architects.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data architecture and integration.
• Proficiency in SQL.
• Hands-on experience with Databricks and/or Snowflake.
• Strong working knowledge of AWS services, including EMR, Glue, and Lambda.
• Proven track record architecting data migration solutions.
• Ability to collaborate across technical and business teams.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Python.
• Exposure to dimensional and relational data modeling concepts.
• Familiarity with dbt or Airflow.
