Description

You will design and implement the enterprise data architecture framework to support scalable and secure data management.

Responsibilities

• Design conceptual, logical, and physical data models for databases, data warehouses, and data lakes.
• Build and oversee data pipelines and ETL processes to integrate data from internal and external sources for both batch and real-time processing.
• Enforce data governance, security measures, and compliance standards including GDPR and CCPA.
• Optimize data systems for performance, scalability, and high-speed access to large datasets.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers, Scientists, and Analysts to align data structures with business requirements.
• Lead data migration efforts during system upgrades and maintain comprehensive data documentation and dictionaries.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of total professional experience in data-centric roles.
• Expertise in data modeling techniques (conceptual, logical, and physical).
• Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases including MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Cassandra.
• Experience with big data platforms such as Hadoop, Spark, and Kafka.
• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services.
• Strong knowledge of data warehousing tools like Redshift, Snowflake, or Google BigQuery.
• Working knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
