You will design data architecture strategies and scalable solutions across HR, Finance, and Sales domains.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Convert functional requirements from Product Owners and Business Analysts into data architecture strategies.
• Design conceptual and logical data models and partner with Data Engineers on physical implementations.
• Lead initiatives to improve data governance, security, and quality.
• Recommend scalable data architecture solutions to address complex business needs.
• Develop and document standards, guidelines, and principles for future-state data architecture.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Data Architect or in a similar role.
• Hands-on experience with data warehouse modeling.
• Proficiency in database querying using SQL.
• Working knowledge of relational databases, specifically MySQL.
• Understanding of large-scale distributed systems.
• Knowledge of data management concepts including governance, security, and quality.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Expertise in enterprise domains including HR, Finance, and Sales & Marketing.
