Description

You will design the data architecture, storage, and integration blueprints for the organization with a focus on scalability and security.

Responsibilities

• Design logical and physical data models supporting business processes, procurement, and finance.
• Architect real-time data ingestion and processing systems to enable analytics.
• Select and implement Azure services including Azure Data Factory, Fabric, Databricks, and Synapse Analytics.
• Embed data security, privacy, and GDPR compliance into the architectural framework.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers and BI Developers to align architecture with business goals.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data architecture or related roles.
• Proficiency with Azure cloud services, including Azure Data Lake and Synapse Analytics.
• Deep knowledge of D365 FO data structures, entities, and integration points.
• Expertise in SQL Database and data integration tools like Azure Data Factory.
• Experience implementing Lakehouse architectures using Delta Lake tables.
• Strong skills in relational and dimensional data modeling.
• Understanding of data security frameworks, encryption, and financial/procurement compliance.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Azure Fabric and Databricks.
• Background in procurement and finance domain data requirements.
