POSITION OVERVIEW

The CX Data Architecture team is seeking a Senior Data Architect to define, govern, and scale enterprise data architecture, data models, and integration frameworks.
In this role, you will lead the technical design for scalable analytics solutions, leveraging modern AI data processing, cloud data warehousing, and robust ETL/ELT pipelines.
You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, application engineers, and delivery teams to translate complex business needs into high-performing data assets.

DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES

·       Define and govern enterprise data architecture, conceptual/logical data models, and integration frameworks to support scalable AI and analytics platforms.

·       Design, develop, and optimize high-throughput ETL/ELT data pipelines using Talend to ensure seamless data flow across systems.

·       Architect, configure, and optimize enterprise data warehouse environments leveraging Snowflake and Teradata SQL.

·       Partner with cross-functional business stakeholders and software engineers to align data strategy with enterprise requirements.

·       Establish and enforce strict data governance, quality, security, and compliance standards across all data assets.

·       Lead architectural design discussions, mentor delivery teams, and resolve complex data integration or performance bottlenecks.
