Description

You will design, implement, and maintain scalable data architectures and high-volume data transfer processes within the Azure ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive data architectures using Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure SQL, and other Azure data services to meet business goals.
• Manage and optimize Dedicated SQL Pools to support large-scale data warehousing and analytics workloads.
• Design and implement databases using Azure SQL and Azure Managed Instance, ensuring high performance and security.
• Build and manage ETL processes via Synapse Pipelines to ensure efficient data flow from multiple sources.
• Implement data governance practices and manage the data catalog to ensure quality, consistency, and accessibility.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and development teams to define project scope, gather requirements, and prioritize tasks.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience with Azure Synapse Analytics, Dedicated SQL Pools, Azure SQL Database, and Azure Managed Instance.
• 5+ years of experience in DDL, DML T-SQL, advanced stored procedure writing, and database objects including indexes, constraints, and transactions.
• 4+ years of experience in data architecture design principles and methodologies.
• 3+ years of experience in data governance, compliance, and data security/privacy requirements.
• 3+ years of experience integrating data from various sources and managing large data pipelines.
• 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Azure cloud computing, including storage and compute capabilities.
• 1+ years of experience with Python or Scala.
• 1+ years of experience with Salesforce, Message MQ, and MuleSoft.
• Any Graduate degree.
