Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide data modeling and database design initiatives.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical data architectures.
• Manage large and complex database management systems.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members.

Required Skills

• 5-10 years of experience as a Data Architect.
• 7+ years of experience with large and complex database management systems.
• Expertise in Oracle environments.
• Proven experience in large-scale data modeling and database design.
• Strong background in business requirements analysis.
• Experience in technical leadership or as a Subject Matter Expert (SME).
• Experience coaching and mentoring other professionals.
• Must be currently located in Florida and able to work 100% on-site in Tallahassee.
