Responsibilities

• Design and implement large-scale data models to meet specific business requirements.
• Lead the architecture and ongoing management of complex database systems.
• Analyze business needs and translate them into technical data structures.
• Mentor and coach team members on data architecture best practices.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience managing big, complex database systems as a lead or specialist.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in database design and data architecture.
• Proven track record in large-scale data modeling.
• Strong ability to conduct business needs analysis.
• Demonstrated experience in mentoring and coaching technical staff.
• Skills: database design, data modeling, data architecture.

Preferred Skills

• Degree in any field (Any Graduate).
